Smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, YouTube, and Amazon Prime apps installed. Please remember to log out of personal accounts before departure.

Press the display to wake it up.

Use ▲▼ arrows to set your desired temperature.

Select COOL or HEAT mode as needed.

The thermostat is located in the hallway. Recommended temperature is 21°C. Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust.

🧺 Washer & Dryer

Load clothes, add detergent (provided under the sink).

Select Normal cycle — press Start/Pause to begin.

Transfer to dryer. Select Low or Medium heat (approx 45 min).

Washing machine is located in the kitchen utility cupboard. A quick wash cycle takes approximately 30 minutes.

☕ Coffee Maker

Fill the water reservoir to desired level.

Insert a filter and add ground coffee (~2 tbsp per 6 oz).

Press the BREW button. Coffee and filters are in the cabinet above.

Nespresso machine available. Complimentary starter pods are provided for your first morning.

🔥 Grill / BBQ

Open the lid. Turn gas knob counter-clockwise to ON.

Press igniter while turning burner knob to High.

Preheat 10–15 min. After use: turn all knobs OFF, close gas valve.

Electric grill available on the balcony. Please clean after use and avoid operating during high winds.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM — please plan ahead!

Strip the beds and leave used linens in a pile on the bedroom floor.

Place all trash in the outdoor bins provided.

Load the dishwasher and run it before leaving.

Turn off all lights, fans, and the A/C or heating.

Lock all doors and windows. Return any physical keys to the lockbox.

• Place used towels in the bathroom.
• Load and start the dishwasher if used.
• Dispose of rubbish in the bins located behind the building.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• Return keys to the lockbox and scramble the code.
• Send a quick message to confirm departure.
