Create and assign checklist job

The checklist is copied into the job as fixed relational records. Later template editing cannot change this active audit.

v1.1.2 ACCEPTANCE TEST

Verify the complete handover

  1. Cleaner: save every checklist item and stock quantity, then add one photo per area.
  2. Refresh and confirm all three kinds of evidence remain visible.
  3. Submit the completed job; it becomes read-only and Awaiting Host.
  4. Host: confirm the report is visible, then return it with a comment and an optional photo.
  5. Cleaner: reply with text, a photo or both, correct the work, and resubmit without losing saved evidence.
  6. Host: approve with a star rating and optional photo; confirm the job leaves Jobs.
  7. Open Archive and confirm the full read-only report is filed there automatically.
  8. Administrator: confirm the archived report and rating are globally visible.
PASS CONDITION

Evidence survives reload and device changes; only valid roles can edit; approval locks and archives the final report.
