A transparent route from introduction to outcome.

The platform records who introduced an opportunity, who responded and what happened next. It does not make the commercial agreement for the parties.

The guest or enquirer agrees that their details may be shown to suitable approved members for sourcing a stay.

Administrators shortlist based on location, capacity, stay type and budget, then apply human judgement.

Invited hosts express interest or decline inside the dashboard and may provide an indicative quote and note.

The selected host and guest confirm availability, contract, pricing and payment directly. GHC records only the status.

If the community has agreed a referral benefit, it appears in a manual ledger as pending, approved and paid.

Members keep information accurate and do not treat a referral as a confirmed booking until the guest and provider agree.
