Clear, limited use of enquiry data.

Purpose

GHC collects contact and stay-requirement details to review an enquiry, identify potentially suitable approved members, support an introduction and record the resulting referral outcome.

Who receives the information

Administrators can review the full enquiry. Approved hosts invited to consider it receive the stay details and contact information required for a genuine response. Members should not reuse those details for unrelated marketing.

Bot protection

When reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction data to distinguish people from automated abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.

Data minimisation

Guests should not enter identity documents, bank details, payment-card data or other unnecessary sensitive information. Booking contracts and payments take place directly with the chosen provider.

Access and retention

Access is role-controlled and important actions are logged. The GHC operator should set a written retention period appropriate to its legal responsibilities and delete enquiries when they are no longer needed.
